Ils souhaitent transformer les procédures papiers en plateforme SaaS mobile: les travailleurs sur le terrain seront, grâce à eux, connectés aux machines, SI et aux équipes ! Le but ? Accroître la performance !
Ils comptent aujourd’hui des grands comptes comme: Total, Engie, la SNCF

Dans le cadre de son hyper-croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un pre-sales, capable de gérer la partie amont du cycle de vente.

Travaillant dans un environnement hautement complexe, vous agissez en tant que pont fonctionnel entre les équipes ventes et les équipes produit, engineering, Customer Success et marketing. Vous serez rattaché à l’équipe commerciale et travaillerez également avec nos partenaires et revendeurs certifiés.

Ce poste requiert une bonne compréhension fonctionnelle et technique des sujets SaaS et une capacité de vulgarisation pour s’adapter aux besoins du client.

Vos 3 principales missions seront :

1. Piloter l’avant-vente
Aider l’équipe de vente à la qualification fonctionnelle des besoins du client lors des phases de découvertes.
Mettre en adéquation les aspects fonctionnels avec la stratégie de vente.
Réaliser des démonstrations personnalisées de la solution.
Participer à la construction de propositions techniques et commerciales : Définition du périmètre fonctionnel.
Aider l’équipe des ventes à produire et à fournir des réponses fonctionnelles et techniques aux interlocuteurs clés.
Faciliter la transition entre l’avant-vente et l’après-vente.

2. Piloter et garantir les succès des POV (Prove Of Value)
Définir le périmètre du POV, orchestrer son déploiement, s’assurer de son bon déroulement (pilotage et support) et calculer les indicateurs de son succès.
Donner un aperçu des meilleures pratiques d’utilisation de la solution lors de la phase du POV.

3. Piloter la relation avec les partenaires
S‘assurer que les partenaires ont toutes les connaissances nécessaire pour présenter et vendre la solution.
Transmettre le messaging et les bonnes pratiques de la vente
Construire un argumentaire fonctionnel et technique sur les solutions concurrentes, articuler les éléments de réponse à des objections sur les principaux concurrents
S’assurer qu’ils ont tous les éléments nécessaires pour vendre la solution (support de vente, espace de démo, etc.)
S’assurer que les partenaires savent parfaitement déployer la solution : les former aux nouvelles fonctionnalités.
S’assurer qu’ils ont tous les éléments nécessaires pour déployer la solution (accès aux FAQ, vidéos, support de formation, etc.).

Tu es en dernière année d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur
Tu sais présenter des solutions techniques à des publics techniques et non techniques
Tu as une capacité à traduire des caractéristiques techniques permettant de résoudre les problèmes des clients et à relever les défis commerciaux
Tu as une fortes capacités relationnelles et interpersonnelles
Maîtrise de l’anglais requise

Within CIMPA, you will be attached to the Design To Cost team that works on Performance Management topics.

SUBJECT / MISSION

The objective of your project is to make possible visualization on a 3D device of the « Manufacturing Value » of aeronautics products.

This project is part of the overall project to optimize value over the entire product life cycle: ∑ values / cost

We have already started digitizing our service offer and have produced a visualization tool capable of displaying cost information in a digital model for aircraft architects and designers. We therefore wish to continue this digitization by creating this « Manufacturing Value » demonstrator.

Your 2 main objectives are :

Define the « Manufacturing Value »:

After a value analysis through audits (internal/external), you will need to synthesize and prioritize manufacturing value.

You will then specify the functionalities of the demonstrator so that it allows easy identification of the value.

Build a Demonstrator:

You will have the mission to develop the IT demonstrator allowing the visualization of the « Manufacturing Value ».

This tool should allow demonstrations to be given to internal and customer teams. This demonstrator will be integrated into a Design Assistant, which will integrate all the values necessary for the development of tomorrow’s aircraft. These will include « Engineering Value », « Services Value »

You will work in an innovative, demanding and international environment with employees located in France, Germany, Spain and England, some travel may be necessary.

You will be integrated into a team of 20 people in the premise of our customer AIRBUS

Assystem’s Nuclear New Build team in Bristol is heavily engaged within the Hinkley Point C project, due to continued growth within the programme, we’re looking to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis to support project delivery.
The role will focus on delivering critical elements on the programme, working heavily with Quality Engineering to ensure vast programme of Quality work are delivered. There will be additional requirement to support the Hinkley Point C Project Team and provide overall bid support.
Additional responsibilities will include
·         Build positive relationships with Client.
·         Management of multi-disciplined teams of designers and engineers, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timescale targets, to the correct quality.
·         Develop opportunities from the prospect stage, via pre-qualifications and tenders, to successful contract award, project execution and satisfied customers
·         Work with Bid Managers and Operations staff in making bid/no-bid decisions and prepare detailed strategies for tenders.
·         Maintain knowledge of clients’ intentions, programmes and budgets to assist in the Company’s forward planning
·         Team resource management including manpower need, team set up, specific recruitment needs
·         Management of project KPIs e.g. Earned Value
·         Client and Subcontractor Management; strategic, relationship and contractual and commercial management
·         Interface with clients project management team to report update and resolve issues
·         Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with programme, quality and cost
Essential
·         Significant demonstrable competence gained in Project Delivery position.
·         Past project management or project engineering experience is essential. This will ideally have been gained in a technical area within the nuclear industry or other highly regulated industry sector.
·         Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines.
·         Knowledge and experience of preparing and utilising estimates, schedules, risk registers, execution plans
·         Bid management experience (i.e. development of value proposals and tender returns)
