Within CIMPA, you will be attached to the Design To Cost team that works on Performance Management topics.
The objective of your project is to make possible visualization on a 3D device of the « Manufacturing Value » of aeronautics products.
This project is part of the overall project to optimize value over the entire product life cycle: ∑ values / cost
We have already started digitizing our service offer and have produced a visualization tool capable of displaying cost information in a digital model for aircraft architects and designers. We therefore wish to continue this digitization by creating this « Manufacturing Value » demonstrator.
Your 2 main objectives are :
Define the « Manufacturing Value »:
After a value analysis through audits (internal/external), you will need to synthesize and prioritize manufacturing value.
You will then specify the functionalities of the demonstrator so that it allows easy identification of the value.
Build a Demonstrator:
You will have the mission to develop the IT demonstrator allowing the visualization of the « Manufacturing Value ».
This tool should allow demonstrations to be given to internal and customer teams. This demonstrator will be integrated into a Design Assistant, which will integrate all the values necessary for the development of tomorrow’s aircraft. These will include « Engineering Value », « Services Value »
You will work in an innovative, demanding and international environment with employees located in France, Germany, Spain and England, some travel may be necessary.
You will be integrated into a team of 20 people in the premise of our customer AIRBUS
